(Non-Refundable Policy)

All items sold are non-refundable and can only be exchanged with a product of equal value or a topped-up of the original purchased value. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this non-refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this non-refund policy.

(Returns)

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange of the product size or of an equal value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be returned. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed by an email notification. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

(Exchanges)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, defective or damaged packaging are not replaceable as during shipping and delivery, it is not within our control anymore. Do send us an email at info@roarkulture.com

 

(Shipping Policy)

We deliver to most International countries.  

Once your order been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information . If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact admin@roarkulture.com

Delivery time will take about up to 4-10 working days but please take note that there might be custom delay which are beyond our control. Do check the tracking information for the necessary updates. 

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
